Why can a terrace cost more than a semi-detached home?
Rear access can take longer when equipment or hose routes cannot pass through a side gate. Pricing reflects the likely time and access rather than assuming every house of the same bedroom count is identical.
Are conservatory roofs included?
No. Selecting a conservatory includes its exterior windows within the regular service. A conservatory roof can be inspected and quoted separately onsite.
How do you clean the windows?
We use the purified-water, water-fed-pole method. Purified water is pumped through extendable poles to clean the exterior glass, frames and accessible sills from the ground. Because the water contains no minerals or impurities, it dries naturally without leaving soap residue or water marks.
Do you clean in the rain?
Rain does not prevent us from cleaning your windows. We only postpone a visit during adverse weather conditions, such as heavy rain, strong winds or snow, when it would be unsafe to work or difficult to deliver a proper result.
Can I cancel the regular service?
Your first payment covers the initial commitment of three monthly cleans. After the third clean, the service continues automatically once per calendar month on a rolling basis. We hope you remain on the round long term, but there is no further fixed term: you can cancel future cleans by contacting us before your next scheduled visit.
How often will my windows be cleaned?
We visit once every calendar month. Windows naturally begin collecting dust, pollen and weather marks again within a few weeks, so monthly cleaning prevents them becoming heavily soiled and helps keep them looking clean throughout the year.
